Blue runs on Peak 8
Most of Peak 8's blues come off the Colorado, Rocky Mountain and Five SuperChairs, from Crescendo and Springmeier near the base to Northstar on the Peak 7 side. 4 O'Clock is the famous one: it starts near the top of Peak 8 and runs 3.5 miles down to town, the longest run at Breck.
Columbine and Pathfinder are the cat tracks that take you across the mountain toward the T-Bar and Peak 7. They're easy but busy, so keep your speed down.

Ski & snowboard rental
Book online before you arrive and pick your gear up in town the evening before. The morning rush at the base shops can eat your first hour, and booking ahead can be cheaper.
Lift tickets & the Epic Pass
Breck is on the Epic Pass. Buying a ticket at the window on the day is the most expensive way up the hill, so buy ahead online or look at an Epic Day Pass if you're here for a few days.
The Friday snow email
One short email a week in season: what fell, what's open, and where to ride this weekend.
